| EMCO Echo Suppressor is used for
Telephonic communication via Satellite to suppress undesired Echos during
conversation. It meets all CCITT Specifications Rec. G-161 (Revised).
It can be operated on Mains and Battery. A complete Half Echo Suppressor
with isolated SEND / RECEIVE INPUT / OUTPUT ports is accommodated on a
single plug in card with optional Tone Disable card. A total of 18 Echo
Suppressor cards are housed in a 19" subrack with connectors for termination
& monitoring. Fault indication & alarm annunciation is available
with the power supply module. Major overseas communication service centres
like Gateway Switching System, Overseas Communication Services at Bombay
and New Delhi; IOCOM (Submarine cable) Project, Overseas Communication
Services, Madras are using EMCO Echo suppressor. |
